Happily Ever After Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Happily Ever After Blog Hop. This blog hop runs from May 1st through May 4th. If you are coming from Lisa's Blog you’re on the right track. If you just joined us, you can go back to the beginning HERE and hop along with us. We’ve had so much fun creating this hop, and we have a wonderful line up with some oh-so-talented creators. You will see some lovely projects having to do with a wedding or anniversary theme and have a chance to win some blog candy along the way, including some grand prizes which are being sponsored by Lisa from Honeybearz Designs, and she is the first blog on the hop. In order to be eligible for the grand prizes you must leave a comment on every blog in the hop and become followers to all the wonderful sponsors websites also.

Be sure to come back everyday between May 1st and May 4th because all blogs in this hop will post a new project each day. Lisa from Honeybearz Designs will be picking the grand prize winners from all the comments left throughout the 4 days.

Here is a list of the complete lineup for this hop:

For my project today I wanted to share with you a custom album that I recently made for a friend. This is an 8x8 acrylic album. She wanted it to match her wedding colors which were gold & white. Now for those of you who scrapbook, you know that a lot of wedding paper comes in cream & gold, but rarely in pure white. I ended up using the cream & gold and also adding some white accents to this album. At one point I ran out of paper and had to send my husband to the store to pick up some more and he did a WONDERFUL job picking out extra paper for me for this album!

All flowers in this album were handmade by me (except the little white primas. The large roses I made out of plain white cardstock and sprayed them with iridescent gold glimmer mist.

Make sure you check back each day and leave me a comment to let me know you were here! I will be doing a giveaway at the end of this hop to one lucky hopper who has stopped by to say hello each day!

Now Hop on over to see what Shawnee has in store for you today!

BEAUTIFUL!! My hubby won't step foot in a Michael's or AC Moore because he starts to sneeze from the "smell" -- the potpourri? Or is it the smell of my money in their cash registers??

Yet another gorgeous mini album, Emily! You never cease to amaze me! I hope I can keep up with 4 days of hopping. I actually have a wedding to attend next weekend in Austin, TX and I'm making the wedding album for the newlyweds' wedding gift! I must have been temporarily insane for offering but I think it will be fun and great practice for me.
