LSHD Blog Hop - Day 4!

I have had several projects going this week and I've been putting the finishing touches on them, so today's project kind of plays off of yesterdays. I read all of the comments and see that a lot of you share one thing in common with me, love for the BEACH!!! It's one of my favorite places EVER!

For those of you who have visited my blog before the blog hop, you know that I had a different blog design and it contained photos from my wedding this past September. All of my dreams came true when my prince charming (and childhood best friend) married me in Sunset Beach, NC. Before I show you today's project, I wanted to share a few photos from my wedding with all of you beach lovers! It's winter here in Ohio and very cold, so looking at these photos makes me ready to go back just to put my feet in the water!

Think I jumped in with my wedding dress on? Well of coarse I did!!!! :-)

My daughter loved the beach so much, this was her first trip to the Ocean, we couldn't keep her out of it!

This is the last one, I promise! It's my fave! ♥

Ok, on to my beachy project!

I made this little 4x4 card with Bazzil Bling cardstock, Bo Bunny papers, and the Crab is from the LSHD Under The Sea pattern collection that can be found HERE. I just loved the little crab so much! Isn't he cute? I've had the stamp for a while that says "Sorry I've Been Crabby" It seems to be one I use quite often! LOL I added the little prima flowers for a finishing touch, of coarse they wouldn't be complete without some bling!

LSHD Blog Hop - Day 3!

I'm really excited to show you my project for today!

I created this adorable paper bag album using the LSHD Under The Sea pattern collection (the patterns are available for purchase HERE). I've been wanting to use these patterns for quite a while because they are soooo adorable! I used Doodlebug papers as well as matching stickers, & flowers. As with all of my albums, you will find stitching on every page and lots of pretty ribbons to add that extra frill. This is the perfect album for photos from the beach or a day at the aquarium! :-)

I created these cute little gift cards using the LSHD High Heels & Ballerina Shoes patterns (the patterns for them are available for purchase HERE). Each gift card is 3" x 3" in size. For these adorable little cards I wanted to give it an extra girly feel, I mean come on, what girl doesn't love SHOES??? I know I do! I made these cards pink & pretty and full of glitter! They would go great on a gift bag for a girlfriend, teenage daughter, bachelorette, and the list goes on and on!

Now on to my project for today.

I created this adorable paper bag album using the 3 LSHD Angel bears (the patterns for them are available for purchase HERE). They were an inspiration to me for this project, I've been holding onto this idea to make an album that was "Scrap" related for a while and finally I found the finishing touch for this project! I used K&Co Urban Rhapsody papers along with Karen Foster stickers and prima flowers. As with all of my albums, you will find stitching on every page and lots of pretty ribbons to add that extra frill. :-)

Let The Sun Shine In!

Wow, there has been a series of BEAUTIFUL days here in Southern Ohio! Lots of Sunshine, which I love!!! With all of the sunshine, I was inspired to create another beautiful Acrylic Album!

I used Basic Grey's Ambrosia line of paper for this album. I just LOVE the orange & yellows! It really puts me in the mood for Spring, that's why I added lots of pretty butterflies as well.

I'm Bringin' Acrylic Back!

 

I know that acrylic albums used to be the "IT" thing on ebay a few years ago, but like all fads, those seemed to have died down. I don't know why though, they are so elegant and beautiful! I recently found a piece of this acrylic like plexi that I had sitting behind a shelf and I asked my husband to cut it and sand it for me so I could try an album again. I think it turned out beautiful! I used Basic Grey's Wisteria line of paper which is absolutely beautiful in itself. I've been saving this paper for the perfect project, and I think I found it!
