Cancer Support & Survivor Blog Hop

If you are looking for the Christmas in July Blog Hop, Please CLICK HERE

Welcome to the Cancer Support & Survivor Blog hop! This hop was put together in honor of those who are currently battling cancer and also to the loved ones we've lost from cancer. I've lost a few wonderful people in my life to cancer, most recently, last week my 2nd cousin who was a wonderful person with a big heart lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. Only four months to the date that his mother (my grandma's sister) lost her battle with cancer. It's a very horrible disease and for those who have been strong enough to fight it, that's an amazing thing!

Every year I send a little donation to Susan G Komen for the cure. I really admire those women who fight for their lives and battle breast cancer, and I'm always willing to give a little donation to try to help find a cure.

Here is an album that I made recently with the Breast Wishes and Save The Tatas stamp sets from Pink by Design.

I do have some blog candy to offer up in the post below this one, I am giving away 3 $10 gift certificates to the Pink by Design store, so check it out! :-)

Now hop along and see what Charlotte has for you today!

I am sorry to hear about your Cousin. I'm praying for comfort for your sad heart. I do understand....

Your album is BEAUTIFUL and you have giving attention to very fine details - something that I am not good at! The colors are soft and has a vintage look to it. Wonderful!

Awww this is a beautiful album Emily. This blog hop makes me sad, don't know if I will make it through. I lost both of my in-laws to cancer at very young ages. My dad-in-law to lung cancer at 71, my mom-in-law to breast cancer at 70.

Hi again, Emily! I'm getting a late start on this hop but I had to participate. So sorry to hear about your cousin. I think you're aware that I lost my younger sister to breast cancer a year ago this past May so this cause is near and dear to me too. I wish this album had been available before she passed away as I know she would have loved it. You always do such beautiful work! Thanks so much for sharing your talents and for donating to such an awesome foundation as Komen.

Hugs,
Anniebee
