Chinese Takout, Anyone?

Happy Wednesday! I woke up this morning ready to create! So what better way to start my day than with a couple of fun challenges?

One of my favorite challenges...
You can join the MSS Block party HERE.

And one that I've never tried before...
Link up with the Cas-ual Fridays challenge HERE.

I really thought that with all of the holiday madness, I had missed these 2 great challenges, but I made it just in time!

So here is my challenge project for both challenges:

I made a fun little chinese takout box with fortune cookies! The Cas-ual Fridays challenge was a Plain & Simple project using Kraft and twine. I used my new Silhouette Cameo to cut the cute little takeout box out of chipboard and I made the little fortune cookies using Basic Grey's Little Black Dress paper (goes great with anything kraft colored!!!)

On the box I used Market Street Stamps Vintage Wallpaper background stamp. I rarely use background stamps because they never turn out nice for me, but this one did and I LOVE it!

For the twine in my project, I used Cappuccino bakers twine from The Twinery.. LOVE t heir twine!! It's some of the best out there for sure!

For the little fortunes, I used Market Street Stamps Simple Joys stamp set. This one is by far my favorite and most used set that I have from MSS! I always say this, but it's sooo versatile!

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you got your "fill" with my sweet little takeout box :-) Don't forget to link up to the Market Street Block Party and the Cas-Ual Fridays challenge! They both end tonight!
