A Day At The Lake

It's a bright & sunshiny day here in southern Ohio, so I thought I would share a bright & colorful mini album that I made this week! 

I got this beautiful Amy Tangerine Sketchbook paper & embellishments from It's Always Fabulous on Etsy. Sue ALWAYS has the brand new hot paper lines in stock! 

Here's a close up... you can see that I used some pretty stamps... they are from the Against The Grain stamp set by Sweet Stamp Shop. 

Of coarse, when I started this album, I didn't like it. So I kept adding more and more to it and it finally came together. Now I love it! 

I wanted to fill this album with fun photos, so as I was digging through my photo boxes, I found some pics from a few years ago that hadn't been scrapped yet. When my husband and I first started dating in 2010, we took a little day trip to the lake & had a picnic with my daughter. Of coarse, I snapped a few pics!

I used the Basically Bare Wonky Windows album. I love these albums, they are a great quality and always fun to fill with pics & doodle on! Especially the acrylic pages! Zig Painty FX Pens are great for that!

Here's another close up... I also used the Aarow Embellies by Basically Bare. I love the black chipboard, they are great for doodling with a white gel pen! 

Annnnd.... another close up! I love this pic of me & my little Reagan. I wish I could have kept her this young forever! They grow so fast, but at least we have photos for the memories!
